such a cool game! I love the feel of your games. Don't ever change the graphics, or the boobs of it all lol. For any new games you make I mean. Which I hope you will continue to make games like this! ;)

It's good to hear you've enjoyed the game, thanks for playing!  :)

There are definitely more projects that I have planned for the future, and I'll make sure to do the best that I can.

(+3)

i love your thickness choices 🥰👍

we need fanart...

(+1)

Thank you! I'm glad you appreciate the artistic choice.  :)

(+1)

GET THIS MAN/GIRL AN COMPENEY NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aslo cant play :[

With these games being PC only, potential players like yourself are left in the dark. My apologies, but it just can't be helped right now.

But I appreciate you showing up and giving your support despite not being able to play, thank you!  :)

(1 edit) (+1)

First of all, why the thiccness

Second of all: I really like this game! It's very wholesome and a bit challenging, I really enjoyed that it had an happy ending and the dynamic between Maude and Sam is very cute! Really enjoyed playing this game!

I bet you could make a fun open world game too

(+1)

First, it's an artistic choice.  :)

Second, thank you so much! I'm very glad that you like the game, it's always amazing to hear that.

Your kind words are very appreciated, and I'll be doing my best to continue onward and improve.  :)

it would be cool if you made a open world game and the player can visit the places that you have been at in the other games and it would ask you 'would you like to play this memory?' and you get a option like yes and no and the your main goal of the game is to stop the monster from even going near the place in the first place you still have to play as the other characters to hide them but you play as your main character and if you take to long a demon will try and kill you or the other characters anyways can't wait to see what else you make and also can't wait to play this

(+2)

With ideas like these, maybe you should be the one developing games instead of me, hmm?  ;)

I don't know how to code yet.... but I want to work on and make games even help others with ideas or something if you ever wanted to make a game with me all you need to do is ask

if you ever want to work on a game to together just ask :) also i'm not good at coding but I can come up with the ideas story and characters (well not all of them)

(+1)

Just downloaded, I have not played it yet but i am here because of @FusionZGamer and this game looks sick! I can tell work was put into this, and it came out nice too

Same. :)

Same bro.

Thank you so much!  :)

I appreciate your kind words on the game, and I hope you enjoy playing it.

(+1)

I will enjoy it, as always, your games are great!

(+1)

I loved the man from the window

That's always great to hear!

Again, thanks for playing.  :)

(+1)

No problem! Your games are great and deserve more attention in the horror community.

I always like a good horror game that doesn't rely on jumpscares. However, I do believe you should make a game that has jumpscares and tries to terrify players.

I don't know, just a suggestion, you dont have to because your games are all great the way they are. Just something to think about.

(+2)

I absolutely loved this game! it was a little hard to learn but other than that loved it, and I got the cool 2 STAR ENDING! Cant wait for your next game, ill be the first one to play!

Thank you very much.  :)

It's so very nice to hear this, I really appreciate it.

(+1)

Good game and good mechanics. Really enjoyed it.

(+1)

Thank you!  :)

Good to hear you've enjoyed it, and thanks for playing, as well.

(+1)

Love the game. Your work is so good. I happy you popular now.

(+1)

Thank you so much, and I'm glad you enjoyed it!  :)

(+1)

I love how you made another one of these type of games with the talking animals... I think you should make these short horror games with the talking animals into a series of games! :)

Rest assured, there are more projects in store for the future.  :)

(+1)

Cool, keep up the good work! :)

(+1)

I just completed The Bit More Know although the ending wasn't at all what I expected. It was a really cool game though and for now all I need to do is play The Bit More Know 2 which I'm excited to do just that.

By the way you did a great job on reusing the Hunter Model and giving him a new and unique identity under the name of Shadowcatcher.

Thanks for taking the time to go back and play my older projects, I appreciate it.  :)

They aren't really up to my standards anymore, but if you can manage to enjoy them still, then good on you!

(+1)

Thanks it was a bit hard to complete the game without losing any car parts or children but I managed to do it anyway. Mainly because I didn't want to think of what would happen if only one went home and the others went missing.

I don't know why you made The Bit More Know 1 private but I still have it from before that time came and I respect your choice for doing so.

After getting to play The Bit More Know 2 I'll be hyped to see what you're cooking up next and willing to pay whatever it takes to play it.

(1 edit)

You are far too kind, thank you again.  :)

Know that all your very supportive comments are truly appreciated.

Have you thought of making females with big bellies? I'm not saying you don't it's just that it's hard for me to notice them.

I'm hoping one day you'll eventually be able to make HD models like how creators such as the Fur Affinity user called "ChunkerBuns" does.

(2 edits)

I wholeheartedly believe there should be more variance in body types seen.

There are many of my designs yet to be brought to life, so all you need to do is wait.  :)

The next monstrosity has breached yet another! Things have escalated way more than anticipated, from horrors in your own home, to leading horrors to the bankrupt restraint! Following the commands of shadow outsiders, and seeking shelter away from the Shadowcather, will you survive 3 nights in this dark place?

(+4)

These character designs of yours got me actin' unwise

(+1)

Very great game and very lovely characters as well.
Would love to see a full fledge long game but really like what you have for short games too.
So I wish you well with luck and keep doing great work~!

Thank you very much for the kind words regarding the game, they are so very appreciated.  :)

I will continue on, and try to do my best to meet expectations.

Thanks once again!

(+2)

Zed's games are quite simplistic in terms of design and visuals but that's one of the best points of them being honest, i've been a fan since The Man from the Window and since then not only the visuals but the gameplay of both Beware the Shadowcatcher and The Man from the Window gave me the pleasure to play and replay

TLDR: I fucking love this game and it's charm

(+1)

You're too kind, really!  :)

It's an honor to receive such glowing compliments, thank you so much.

And thanks for taking the time and playing both games, I appreciate that as well!

(+1)

very few games could charm me as much as yours do, keep it up >:)

Hey there  Zed! Been following your works for a while now, and you never fail to impress! I'm absolutely blown away at the game. If you ever need any voice acting/voice talent for a future project, I'd absolutely love to help in any way I can!

Thank you for the offer, I'll be sure to keep this in mind.  :)

(+1)

Zed you did it again! Thanks for making this absolute gem of a horror game. I streamed this to my friends on discord and we were having a blast! :D

That's awesome to hear!  :)

Thank you so much for playing, and I'm glad you had fun with your watch party.

(+1)

Very good and creative, especially considering its an indie game. Hope to see more games from you.

Thank you so much for the kind words.  :)

I have more projects on the horizon, so I'll do my best not to disappoint.

(2 edits) (+2)

This is one of the most inventive and charming quick indie horror games I've played in a long while. Never thought I'd ever see a cooking sim horror game ever be made, and for it to have as much packed into it as it does. Also, the fact you released this just three weeks after your previous game is absolutely mind-boggling to me. Great work!

(+1)

This is an extremely kind comment, thank you so much!

I really appreciate such kind and supportive words, and I'm glad you've enjoyed the game.

Thanks again.  :)

(+1)

Interesting Characters. . . Very fun game

(+7)

me seeing Maude and Sam

It's great to hear that you thought the game was fun, thanks for playing!  :)

I appreciate it.

(+1)

Amazing ending! I knew you weren't finished after The Man From the Window. Keep up the great work!

Thank you, glad you liked it.  :)

And I'll do my best not to disappoint!

Do you have some type of discord zed?

(+1)

No, I don't.  :)

Most important posts are made on my Twitter, and I don't believe in spoilers, so there aren't many posts there.
So there's no need for a Discord, really.

(+3)

Brilliant game! So good, I enjoyed every bit of it. And oh... the ending, I LOVED IT!!! Keep making this amazing games zed.

That is just awesome to hear, you know. Thank you.  :)

I'm so glad you liked the game, thanks for playing!

(+2)

really love this! The feel of the overall game is really nice, I love how dark and cloudy almost in a sense it feels. Same with how you portray colors/shading, it has a certain rusty-grain feel to it and I adore it.

Do you happen to have twitter, or any other medias? I’d love to follow your progress or just in general support you!

Thank you for the very generous compliments on the game, I appreciate it very much.  :)

And yes, I do have a Twitter! The link to my Twitter is at the top of my profile here.

(1 edit) (+1)

Excellent game! Its main flaw is that it is not longer. The gameplay and plot are pretty good to be fleshed out into a full-on campaign! Love it!

I appreciate the kind words, thank you very much!

Thanks for playing, as well.  :)

(+1)

Great game! Congrats!

Thanks!  :)

I also should be thanking you for playing it, so thanks for that!

(+1)

Zed...my guy i just finished playing your other game, and here you are releasing another banger! 2 gems in a single day. love the aesthetics of this one too and I see you kept the "style" of the characters as well. :3

Jokes aside the characters  personalities is kind of  endearing in a weird way so good job on nailing that. I like how spoopy  the new environment feels, especially with catcher boi skulking around in the rain. Nice touch on the randomness as well, definitely kept me on edge throughout the playthrough.

All in all pretty fun and amazing game~!
looking forward for more to come :3

Thanks for playing both games, I appreciate it!

It's awesome to hear you liked this one as well.

You're too kind.  :)

(+1)

I had to make an account just to say the game was a blast! Loved all the designs. I especially loved the cooking & horror gameplay!

Do you have any plans to release this game on Steam? Many people including myself, would love to purchase it on there! Many Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to register and leave a comment, I appreciate it.  :)

And it's great to hear you liked the gameplay.

Lastly, as far as platforms go, I plan to stay Itch io exclusive for awhile.

This is my favorite gaming marketplace, after all!

(1 edit) (+1)

I love this! I love Sam 'n Maude's design, they're both really cute and thick as fuck and I love how they care for each other

It's actually kind of thrilling to keep track of where the Shadowcatcher is going to appear, very fun <3

It's so awesome to hear that.  :)

Glad you liked the designs and the gameplay!

Thanks for playing.

(+2)

Just got this as well as The Man From The Window! Shot 10 bucks your way for each. Awesome stuff! Love the gritty environments and character designs, but also the fairly short and sweet gameplay!!!

I greatly appreciate the generosity.  :)

Thank you so much, and I also must thank you for the kind words as well!

It's amazing to read such an overwhelmingly positive comment.

I'll do my best to not disappoint!

(+1)

Love it, very unique art style and gameplay. You don't get to play a cooking-horror-stealth game every day :D

The game also has a lovely message with the immigration theme you're going for (unless I'm imagining things).

Keep it up!

(+1)

Very glad to hear you liked both the game and it's gameplay.  :)

Thanks!

(1 edit) (+2)

I don't see character designs like these often in games.

$10 for you good sir!

Thank you very much, I'm glad you appreciate the design choices.  :)

And of course, I'm very grateful for such a generous donation.

Thanks again!

(1 edit) (+1)

Your style is so adorable, the way your protagonists look is so unique and it makes them very warm and mother-like while still fitting in the ambiance of a horror game

Thanks for your generous compliments of the game, they're very appreciated.  :)

How do you place plates after you pick them up?

(+1)

If you've picked something up, just right click to drop it.  :)

I'm now realizing I didn't add that bit into the Controls section, whoops.

I'll have to fix that.

(1 edit)

Also with the mac and cheese it didnt say you had to put the buns on the plate to get the mac and cheese on it

Well the game was updated so its fixed now ig

(+1)

Awesome combination of cooking sim and horror. Great job!

Thank you very much!  :)

And thank you for playing, as well.

(+2)

Wow, what an enjoyable little game, never smiled at the ending like that before. Hope to see more of these games.

It's good to hear that the ending was to your liking!

There's more in store for the future, and I'll do my best not to disappoint.  :)

(+1)

that was dope  . nice game

Excellent! Glad to hear you've also enjoyed the game.

Thanks for playing.  :)

(1 edit) (+1)

Man the full ending was so surprisingly wholesome, I love it.

Maude's coffee is so creamy looking, but we dont see any creamer in the fridge...Hmmm Guess thats one way to save money on resources.

This game is so much fun, and you knocked it out the park with the many big  diverse body types. Worth every penny.

(+1)

Thank you very much for your kind comment, and I'm glad you've enjoyed the game!

I'll be sure to do my very best on future titles, as to not disappoint wonderful supportive players such as yourself.  :)

(+1)

Lost 40 bucks in a statement and had no listing then I remembered, I donated this to Maude's diner adventure.

Cant believe im looking forward to your games  more than most triple A games coming soon.

(+1)

You are far too kind, thank you again.  :)

(+1)

what engine do you make your games in? :0

(+2)

Unity.  :)

(+1)

(+3)

I like this persons games
