Really enjoyed the game, but i wish there was a bit more ambient sound - would really give it that final bit of polish.

Glad you've enjoyed the game, and thank you for playing!

I 100% agree with your conclusion about the ambiance.

This has been taken into account, and will be applied going forwards.  :)

Played this on my Channel's Series called 3 SCARY GAMES! It's the 1st game I played in the video starting at 0:56!

I just want to start by saying this game had really cool & unique gameplay! I had no idea it was going to be a trial and error game and ended up finding it pretty enjoyable! This isn't one the scariest games I played, but I found the innocence of the game nice in its own way. I think if the sound design was improved or changed in someway to add some more ambience/atmosphere, then I think you got yourself a very solid game. (p.s. I also think a more obvious pop-up or indicator of some sort when your locking doors would be awesome!) Overall I really enjoyed my experience!

Hello, and thanks for playing.   :)

I appreciate your compliments for the game, and your feedback is very welcomed!

I agree that the sound design needs work, and that the locking mechanic definitely needs some improving.

These things will be taken into account, I'll try to improve upon them going forwards.

I want to make sure I'm releasing games that are as well-made as possible, after all.

(+1)(-1)

What's wrong with you?

(+3)

the woman from the door sounds good for the 2nd game maybe with the same characters as this game but you have to help others hide and Junior could be a teen or something anyways I haven't played yet I am soon but I bet I'm going to lose a lot

(+1)

Good luck, and thanks for playing!  ;)

(+1)

thanks and I wander whats next for this story

(+1)

(+2)

my goodness this was a scary game for me

(+1)

Great! Glad you thought the game was a scary one.

Thanks for playing. :)

(+10)(-1)

man that bunny momma is thicc.

(+2)

The game gives me some babadook vibes, did you get any inspiration from that?

thats what I was thinking of too

(+1)

I've heard of the Babadook movie from awhile back, and I remember watching FoundFlix's review of it.

I can see a few similarities now that you mention it!

However, though you probably won't believe me, I'd forgotten about the movie until people just recently started mentioning it. :)

(+8)(-1)

Appreciate the body positivity with mama rabbit, hardly see gals with such voluptuous figures playing a significant role in a game. Need more of that in the gaming space. Big gals can get it done too. All the Love

(+6)

That is an excellent statement, and I agree with you 100%. :)

Thank you very much, your kindness is very appreciated.

(+2)

Yes! Yes! Yes! More games with more voluptuous characters! As soon as i saw her i fell in love! Great game and great lovable characters!

(+1)

agreed

Could i quite possibly get the 3d model of Mama Rabbit?

(+2)

I appreciate the fact that you've asked, but I have to say no.

I have a personal rule against releasing game assets to the public, for multiple reasons that we won't get into right here.

That rule may change one day, but for now I'm sticking with it.

However, I will say that there are ways to extract assets from a Unity game, and I'm sure a few quick looks on your search engine of choice will get you on the right path.

Good luck. :)

:y

(1 edit)

Nvm this is a difficult process, tried blender but the texture wouldn't work and now i have to download a unity game builder thingy

Try searching up a tutorial

Got it!

Comments below clip;

A clever little game. Much more clever than I am. It's trial and error thing. I erred right off the bat. If you're smarter than I am, figure out what to do, to do it right :o]

Loved the game and its approach to instill some horror into the player. Well done and kudos to all involved.

Thank you very much, and thanks for playing! :)

Also, don't be so hard on yourself, I'm sure you're a very smart person!

One day you may decide to come back and finish the game.  ;)

(+1)

When I first saw Mama bun I thought this was a fatfur game and it was enough for me to want to play it. Though I doubt you'd make a game with that as its focus. Either way this game was good regardless.

(+1)(-1)

Don't judge a book by it's cover.  ;)

Glad you liked the game in the end, thanks for playing!

(1 edit) (+1)(-1)

this game looks easy but it's actually really hard. if you're like me and don't have a big brain this takes about 30 minutes. I really like the logic of how you need to distract him long enough to survive and how it's randomized every time

4/5

I still dont know how tf to get the best ending its difficult for a dumbass like me lmaooo

wait there's multiple endings?

I'm glad you liked those aspects of the game!

The 4/5 in your comment is very generous, thank you.

Also. thanks for playing! :)

Hello, and welcome! ;)

hi

yup ^^

(+2)

I love the logic behind this game. It was so much fun to figure out. Great work!

(+1)

Thank you! :)

I'm glad you enjoyed the puzzle aspect.

And thanks for playing as well, much appreciated.

(+1)(-1)

game gets smaller everytime and worst quality everytime I full screen, my child looks like a 1934 animation

(+1)

I apologize that you had to experience a bug like that.

Thank you for telling me about this.

I will look into the code and try to fix the error, and will fix this issue going forward.

For now, if you exit the game while fullscreen mode is off, next time you launch the game it should go back to the normal size.

Once again, my apologies you had to deal with that. I always try to bug test to the best of my own abilities, but sometimes I miss things. :)

(+2)

This game is pretty damn good! The game had me frustrated, but I beat it.

I almost gave up but pushed through. Overall great game! Game here:

(+2)

Good game! I now download the experience. Thank you for your wonderful game

(+1)

I'm glad to hear that you like the game as well. :)

This is a very generous comment, thank you!

(+1)

Super cool game! This game is honestly a breath of fresh air! I really enjoyed the time management aspect of this. It is a game that really makes you think and use your brain to win! I happened to get all endings because I was struggling. Overall very fun!

Well, I'm glad you liked the game!

Your feedback and gameplay are both very appreciated. :)

(+2)

Really really really cool game!! There is a whole lot of satisfaction of making it a little bit further every time, I love it!!

(+1)

Thank you! :)

I'm glad you liked the game, I really am.

And thanks for the gameplay as well.

(+1)

The game was fun, it did take me a second to realise that you had five minutes of actions, when I first started I thought I literally had five minutes to shove everything in front of the door. Loved the visuals gave me an otherworldly ‘I am Legend’ vibes, especially with how creepy the human looks on the book.

I do love the randomness in which the man will attempt to explore the house, it really worked in my favour as I put the chair in front of the door and he went to every location before the bathroom.

Great Short game, and was a really creepy take of a random man being the creepy boogeyman.

Thanks so much for all the kind feedback. :)

I appreciate it

(+1)

i didn't know what to expect with this game but i feel like it's actually really original! i've never seen a horror game like this. thought it was fun and the characters not being human gave it a nice touch as well! :)

Thank you! :)

Show post...

sorry mom :D cool

Thanks for playing :)

(+1)(-2)

Very cool! I love puzzles and this was great. It does seem like the man almost checks things without a set pattern, that, or depending on what the player character does, has the man check different areas.

Thank you, very much!

And yes, you never know where he's going to look.

That's why you have the book. ;)

(+1)

Man i absolutely loved this one! such a fresh idea with the book giving hints as to how to survive that weirdo and save Junior haha. The poem was really well put together too, I believe you are on to something with this one :) Really good work here dev i think i got the best ending? here is my vid i hope you enjoy

(1 edit) (+1)

I'm glad you liked it!

Thank you very much for such kind words, and the gameplay, too!

(+1)

Hi there, I am DragonExplosion and I am a Youtuber. If you like my videos, please leave a like and subscribe at my channel.

This was a really challenging and cool horror game about coming out with a strategy to hide from the man from the window for 5 minutes. The game took me a really, really long time to complete as it took time to figure out everything that the main character can do in the game and the button to lock the doors as well. The game appears to be based on complete luck for me once I managed to figure out all the actions that the main character can do to protect themselves from the antagonist since it is almost impossible to predict where the man will check first XD. Would be cool to add even more possible things to do to stop the man from taking away one of the family members and inform the player on how to access their inventory as well.

Thank you for reading my comment and I wish you good luck in your future endeavours.

(+1)

Thanks for the feedback!

You're right about the fact that I may need to make the controls more visible, so that players don't get confused about how to play.

Can't finish a game that you don't know how to control, after all. :)

I'll keep this in mind going forwards.

Thanks again.

love the game cant lock doors tho any ideas thank you for this wonderful game :):):)
