Loved the first person perspective of the man, and the game overall! Really great work, it was a great experience! Never reading another book like this again lol
That's extremely strange. I'm not sure what's going on here, but we'll run through it one more time.
1) Download the ZIP file from the game page. 2) Right click on the ZIP file then select "Extract All..." 3) After extracting it, open the extracted folder and click on and open the TheManFromTheWindow application, which is usually the third file in the folder by default.
As long as you're using Windows, it should work. It's not the game itself that's the problem, since I haven't heard of any other instances of this happening. If it still doesn't work, I'm not sure what else to do.
That was a really fun game to play :D I don't know if it was just me being dumb but I had to check all the possible combination before finding the right one...
Btw I'm trying to get to 80 subscribers so if you enjoyed it would mean a lot to me that you'd consider subscribing to me channel :)
This game wasn’t scary to me. Maybe I missed something? Didn’t really like how I could see through the man’s eyes. I felt like it would of been better if it was only a one person point of view. Though the game felt and looked original so I highly appreciate that. Other than the wired POVs I had fun playing that game.
Thanks for replying to my comment;) here is a list of the things I wish it will be in the future updates: more rooms such as basement, kitchen, mom rabbit's room, etc... (or at least add one more room) , some more furniture especially for junior's room ,add more sound effects and make the characters talk,add a low and a calm narrator voice that says the time like "the was now 2:02pm" and the things that the man from the window is doing like "the man looked under the bed...but he found nothing", add more places to hide in, add more animations like: an eating animation, a hiding animation, an animation for locking a door, a kidnapping animation,an animation for looking through the door, an animation for pushing the sofa in front of the door and for pushing the chair in front of the door too. and the game would also be much better if you fix these things: fix the movement of the characters, fix the UI of the game fix the bug that you can lock a door while its opened, fix the bug that if you opened a door in front of you the door will push you back, fix the lighting, fix the graphics of the game, and is it just me or is mom rabbit looking kinda THIICCKK.
This was a great short horror game! If you don't look around you might not be able to find things that can help you hide from the man! Also, I feel like a sequel might be hinted to at the end
This was great. Randomness of the man made every playthrough something you didn't know if you were going to make it or not. Voice acting for this would have truly made this game something everyone would play and take it to the next level. Really enjoyed the playthroughs tho and congratz on the game. Good stuff. :)
This is down to my own personal preference, but I don't believe in updating my games with new content once they've been finished and released. Maybe in rare cases, but it'd have to be something extremely special.
Bugfixes and other similar things? Of course. But once a game is finished, it should just be finished. I'm no fan of "New Update! Added this, this, and that" type of games. There will be a sequel, 100%. But as for this one, that's about it. :)
Gotta be honest when momma rabbit came busting through that door it caught me off guard and i wondered if I installed the right game. Never would have thought she had protag material lol. But nevertheless the game is amazing! the environment though small, is immersive and i really love the look and feel of it. And playing with a small area where there is not a lot of places to hide in considering how THICC momma rabbit is really adds a lot to the horror aspect of the game. The randomizer keeps things interesting per playthrough and the endings are a nice wrap up to this small gem of a game. kudos to the creator :3
The work that went into this game really shows so much! The camera intro at the start and the way the book can randomise the locations and the different endings were really well done and made the game that much more immersive and fun to play! The constant tapping on the window was pretty neat and keeps players on their toes and the amount of stuff that they have to do makes one feel like there's no time. It was a really fun game, great job on it and good luck for future projects!
Btw how to beat is open dounut box just place the couch Infront of door lock door on bedroom *left click key* hide in bathroom *bathtub* lock door*left click key* make shure to hide him as Well then wait it will take 1 minute for him to finish dounuts blah blah blah then theres good ending try for yourself btw the book changes everytime

The process should be simple: Download the ZIP file from above, extract it, then click on the TheManFromTheWindow application in the extracted folder.
Did you check to make sure you had the correct operating system beforehand? The game is designated as Windows only in the "More Information" section.
